At YG Nest, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

​

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

 

YG Nest reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

​

The following items cannot be returned:

​

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assess the issue.

Where applicable, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A refund

 

Refunds

​

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

​

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

​

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may be subject to the standard return process.
